Hi, I recently bought a Lauren 50N guitar. But when I received it I was disappointed as it was in fact a Lauren 25N guitar. To make things worst, the label on the inside of the guitar was ripped off. Can I have an explanation please?

I was pleased with my purchace......but bemused as to why there was a setlist in one of the pockets.....it'd clearly been taken from the shop and used on at least one gig??? Maybe ask some members of your staff. The ones that play in a blues band. Or in future, check any giveaway telltale used items before selling them as new.
