Payment policy
Recommend PayPal as it provides you with a GUARANTEED SAFE & FAST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. However should you prefer, you could send me a personal cheque or postal order.
Delivery information
For the majority of sales I use Royal Mail - Second Class and obtain proof of postage. On many of my items you will be able to BUY IT NOW and obtain FREE SHIPPING. Any listings without this Excellent Promotion, shipment will be at COST i.e. the actual postage cost and no more than 25p for packaging. I and eBay do not support high postage levies that some of my competitors demand.
Return policy
Any unwanted item can be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges). The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand.
If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you). If found not to be faulty you will be given the option of having the item returned to you, at your cost or a refund (less 20% restocking charge and all postage costs).
