We accept Paypal, Postal orders and cheques. After winning an item at auction or purchasing an item in our shop, please check out following the checkout links. Your order will normally be posted within 14 days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. If you are buying an auction item payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with ebay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please let us know.

We deliver to UK and European Union, other countries please ask. Insurance to EU (including UK) and Worldwide in some cases will be obliging. Goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail for heavy items will be DHL. We aim to get your item within 14 working days of payment receipt. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and EU can take up to 21 days.

At MYLABEL, we want to make sure you're 100% happy with what you buy. Please be aware of our returns policy - it could save you time and money later! To return something you've bought... After delivery You have the right to change your order within 30 days after the day on which you received your goods. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within 30 days of delivery. You can return items (includes swimwear -plastic strip must intact), as long as they're ‘as new', which means... Goods must be complete, unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging intact. The cost of postage and packaging is to be paid for by you. We won't be able to refund or exchange the item until we have received the parcel back and it has been inspected by our Returns Department.
