6220 classic review

the 6220 classic is one of the smallest smartphones nokia have made to date it is jammed with features for a handset this size including , gps , bluetooth , 5mp camera with xenon flash , symbian os feature pack 2 (same as the n96), mp3 player , 3g connection , video calling , radio , as the handset is made mostly of plastic not only is it small but its incredibly light as well the only gripe with this is the handset actually feels a little cheaper then what it is and what its capable of you could call it a sleeper if you like as it looks a bit cheap but is a incredible powerhouse the 6220 classic has an incredible 128mb or ram and a steady and pleasing 72mb or ram at boot so you can multi task away and not worry about low memory warnings the processor is also pretty decent and with feature pack 2 that adds to a stable and fast device to use the gps locks on very fast when using agps and the camera takes amazing pictures in the night or day , seriously i used this phone in a nightclub and the shots were very good with the xenon flash the mp3 player is very good indeed and when coupled with a 3.5mm adapter and a decent set of headphone sit could give many mp3 players a run for their money i have a 16gb micro sd card in mine and the phone handles that very well indeed it is full up and their is no slowdown at all when browsing through the phone there are a few niggling things about the phone which would include the 2.5mm headphone socket , this was probs to keep the size down but you will need a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter to use most headphones and the ones nokia supply are rubbish , theres no wifi which is allways handy to have allthough 3g speeds are very fast there often not free like wifi , the screen is a little small but is very bright and easy to see allthough they could have fitted a .2 of an inch more in there the handset does feel plasticy which isnt great and there are a few creaks when handled the battery is a little small 900mah but the handset does fit the n82 battery which is 1050mah so that will increase life a bit :-) overall id say that the 6220 classic was a great handset with great features ata great price , it pretty much does everything the n series handsets do bar wifi and it even has a 5mp camera with xenon flash which takes great pictures , the plastic feel might be a bit much for some people and the 2.5mm headphone socket may deter people but there is no denying that for this price the 6220 classic is an amazing handset i love the way its so small but does nearly everything the much bigger n95 can do , it feels nice in the hand and when i look at it iam amazed at how nokia fitted so much technolagy into a small package , great achievement thanks for reading my review , please exscuse the spelling and why not check out some off my others thanks again

NOKIA N73 SMARTPHONE REVIEW

hiya thanks for looking at my review ive only got 3500 charcters so ill have to keep it short. ive owned the n73 for 6 months now and i thought i should tell anyone looking for a new phone how good it is. first let me start by telling you that when the first phone was released it had some software issues was slow at sending texts kept crashing etc however the phone is now over a year old and nokia technicians have had time to sort the software out--this is easily avalible free over the net via download and is very easy to do all you do is connect your n73 via usb download a program from nokia and run it 30 mins later you have a fully updated phone.just check the nokia website out.if you read alot of reviews out there please remember that they may have had the old software installed hence they may have had problems and been anoyyed about the phone i have the latest software installed form the nokia website and to be honest with you this phone rocks good things about the phone great camera 3.2 megapixel with auto focus and flash symbian operating system sat nav compatible works great with tomtom 6 fast bluetooth version 2 big screen with bright vibrant colours great battery life very well built nice and sturdy feels good in your hands very loud speakers for music and handsfree expandable memory up to 2gb much faster then my old n70 great games and applications can play movies great video camera mp4 quality easy to sync and i mean very easy can play megadrive games snes games and gameboy games :-) has a stanby mode to save battery phone is still live just saves power :-) very stylish things that are not so good headphones supplied no wifi ha ha thats about it seriously the only thing i can fault this phone on is the headphones its supplied with but you can buy a adapter so you can use any headphones just check out ebay and i use my cx 300s with it and the sound is awesome :-) when i say the battery life is good i use the mp3 player for about 4-5 hours at work and when i finish work after a few calls and a few games to the battery has used 1 bar at the max with the built in satndby mode this phone dosent suck up the juice at all just make sure you dont have bluetooth on every min of the day and turn packet data to recieve when needed :-) i used to own the n70 please see my other review , its a great phone too i really like it but nokia have tweaked the n73 to make it what the n70 should have been in the 1st place you see nokia arent stupid they could have released this as the n70 but they take it in stages with slight but signifficant changes to each handset in their range ie this n73 has no wifi but then they released the n80 which does have wifi but has no autofocus on the camera.very clever marketing from nokia would i recomend this phone yes very much so when they 1st come out they were quite exspensive but as time has gone on they have come down in price and as people renew their contracts youll find them popping up all over ebay and amazon ive bought a few phones off ebay and they have all worked ok so dont worry about that just do your research on the seller etc i truly love this phone i have a seperate mp3 player a seperate camera etc but when i dont wanna carry them all about then the nokia n73 does all of their jobs and it does them very well indeed a recomended purchase :-) if you found this helpfull then please vote for it thanks happy ebaying
