I think you left your brains at work Grandma. Why did they sit year 1s in front of year 2s - I couldn't hear very well - and some of them year 1s have bigger ears than me. I know your problem daddy, you don't have any money. Maybe their brains are full so they couldn't remember any more. I want to get me international technology beavers badge - you know the IT one. Don't touch that it's delicate - delicate is my second name daddy.

I am a genuine seller, I am not a business, and I am very lucky to still have a job in the current climate. Ebay is very much an interesting hobby for me currently. I will respond as promptly as possible to questions and/or orders, but as I work typical office hours any response during work hours is unlikely.

I usually process orders at weekends and each evening. Upon receipt of payment I will generally despatch within 1 day using a Second Class Post/Packet service. On Saturdays I may be able to organize despatch same day if I receive your order and payment before 11am and I can fit in a visit to the Post Office. Whilst I generally despatch within 1 day I don’t indicate Get It Fast on Ebay - this is an option. If you do require a faster, guaranteed delivery, (1 day despatch + use of a NEXT DAY delivery service) this is available for an additional charge – please contact me before ordering and I will advise the additional cost. I also offer an insurance policy if required – again, please contact me before ordering and I will advise the additional cost. Collections are generally available

I sell Region 2, UK sourced discs for which I have full documentation. Occasionally I will sell Region 1 USA sourced discs where there is a demand (eg new boxsets not available yet in the UK) but again these will have been bought from a reputable source in the USA with full documentation. I do not sell grey imports and I do not reseal or shrink wrap discs. These are the same items you could buy yourself in the UK, but I source them when they are on offer and sell them on at a price less than the typical price normally available

Because of previous problems I do expect that if you are willing to bid for an item, you will organize prompt payment of my invoice within 2 days, OR contact me to explain why this isn’t possible. If I don’t receive payment or hear from you within this period you will unfortunately force me to report you to Ebay. It is not in my interest to be awkward about payments; I simply expect the same courtesy you yourself as a fellow Ebayer would expect.
