nac designs came about when I left london college of fashion(LCF) in 1984 but never really committed myself to serious business. I had been very fortunate in getting great results in my fashion courses that I did,winning 2 competitions whilst at college. One at southgate college for first prize in lingerie organised by footwear and clothing held by apparel international.The award was given by Marks&Spencers.Second award was at LCF from BHS for designing a collection of childreswear which was put into production and sold at oxford street branch 1984.I then did a year of made to measure clothes for private clients. I got married and had 3 children and spent time bringing them up.2001 decided to get a job and ended up working for the best retailer Harrods,I was there for over 6 years.By this time I thought I must have my own shop and decided to open one on ebay in 2007 but never traded until nov 2008.So here I am doing what I love,selling and providing excellent customer service

I am working really hard to keep the cost down on postage and packaging. Please accept my apology to all my customers who think its too high.I have put down the cost slowly and hopefully in the future will do free p&p for all items I am selling. Please take into considerations that the postage is not just paying for the stamp it includes the following.....envelopes, trip to post office,petrol,invoice printing stamps and recorded delivery cost. I do take into the fact that when a woman orders a item she wants to see it asap....its a girl thing therefore as soon as i get a order I make sure to have it packed and ready for the earliest post.

We at nac designs want to make sure all our customers are happy from the minute they click on our site. We are happy to refund on any item within 14 days from purchase date with detailed note, item number, the item must be unworn,still with tags and in saleable condition.Please remember that the postage and packaging is not refunded unless the item was sent to you damaged. This does not often happen as we take care and check all our items before packing in tissue and envelope.
