Nancies was formed in Plymouth, but is now back home in 'The Midlands' where we are nearer to our manufacturing bases.
We pride ourselves on our Retro lingerie which is all UK Made.
PayPal, which if you did not know accepts most forms of Credit Cards, and you do not have to be a member !!
We normally charge £1.99 just to cover costs plus £1.00 per extra item.
Some companies charge ridiculous amounts for postage, please be aware.
Orders outside the UK will be charged at cost for dispatch.
We do not make profit off postage.
We will accept items back unless they are Thongs,or Knickers,
This is due to Health & Hygiene Regulations.
We do however have end of line items which are non-returnable but it clearly states on the product for sale that this is the case.
We also do not pay for return postage.

We understand that you would want your items to be received discreetly, so all our parcels are sent in plain packaging with no company labeling except a return address.
All UK orders are sent by Recorded Royal Mail post at a standard rate, which requires a signature on arrival. If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After this time the parcel would then be returned to us.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24hrs (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays),we state a 30 day dispatch as some items are hand made to order, however these are exceptions.
Should there be a problem with the order, we will notify you of a refund or exchange.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
1) To process and deliver your order quickly and efficiently.
2) To provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you except in connection with your current order or query.
We will E-mail you if you have subscribed to our mailing list.
We will not supply any of your details to any third party except for the unlikely circumstances of debt recovery, unless required by law.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you notify us of any inaccuracies we will correct the errors promptly. Personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
