eBay My World: nandjinkjet( 76524)

I have bought ink cartridges through this company for a couple of years and always been very pleased however when I put the last two sets(purchased in January 2012)into my printer I got a message saying they were not compatible. After emailing the company I sent them back only to be told that 6 out of the 7 returned (I still have one I haven't used) were empty. They definately were not empty as I had been unable to use them. Their word against mine though so as far as they're concerned 'problem solved'. Company ok unless you have a problem but I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

good morning ..... I have received the parcel with the inks ( epson stylus SX1125 ) I have put him in my printer and him it shows empty?????? what needs?????

I have had inks from this site for over 12 months, they are VERY good quality, and delivery is ALWAYS very quick, u may get an odd 1 that doesnt work , but at this price, u cant complain!!!! well i dont anyway!! Many thanks for good service
