Description, shipping cost/time, communications were all spot on... packaging for shipment was not. It was sealed in a plastic envelope only which resulted in a crushed model kit box and the decals inside recevied wrinkle damage! Model parts itself seem to have no damage as far as I can see, but the item should have been packaged inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box to protect from damage! I am not impressed at all with the way this was sent to me from the UK to the USA.

Absolutely over the moon with the service , in the box set I purchased there was a misprinted soldier and a bag and I contacted the nannyogg999 and he sorted me out the miss printed bits the next day . Prices are brilliant and service is 10/10 . I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to get in to bolt action to buy his box sets :)
