I am a full-time stay at home mum to three young boys and run my Ebay Shop basically when they are all settled in bed for the night

I sell party items for all ages and celebrations. 1st, 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th and 60th Birthday. Silver, Ruby and Golden Wedding Anniversary. Party Ranges include Dora the Explorer, Bratz Fashion Pixiez, Scooby Doo, Bob the Builder, Spiderman 3, Thomas and Friends, Disney Princess, Fifi and the Flowertots, Babys 1st Birthday, Prehistoric Dinosaur and Power Rangers Mystic Force. Party Items include Cups, Plates, Tablecovers, Invites, Hats, Decorations, Napkins, Lootbags, Centerpieces, Banners, Confetti, Balloons, Lootbag Favours etc. etc.

For a few years now I have been getting more and more frustrated when trying to purchase party items for my sons birthdays. I found that you could purchase the cups and lootbags from one high street shop but they didn't sell or were out of stock of the plates and blowouts, so I would go to another shop and buy the plates, tablecovers, etc. and then trapse to yet another shop with children, buggies and bags in tow. So in Autumn 2006 I opened my very own Ebay shop

I accept Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank Transfers and Cash on Collection/Delivery (locally)

My UK p&p charges are £1.50 for the first item and 50p for each additional item purchased. Please BUY IT NOW ALL the items you wish to purchase but, do not pay for them individually! When you have completed your shopping, let me know via email and I will send you a combined p&p invoice. ALL purchases are dispatched the next working day following cleared payment by 1st class post so that they have every chance of arriving in time for the big day!

I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if your item is damaged in any way, i do offer a refund or an exchange (on return of damaged items), less postage, on all items (whichever you prefer). Any item must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me for more details on how to send an item back.

I always answer any questions within 24 hours. If you need to contact me please do so at natalieburmby1972@hotmail.com. Once items are dispatched I will email you to let you know and if necessary let you know the Recorded or Next Day Special reference number to allow you to track the parcel.

If you have any problems, however small or large, I would appreciate it if you could contact me BEFORE leaving any feedback to give me the opportunity to put the problem right or offer any compensation. I cannot solve a problem unless you give me the opportunity! I ALWAYS leave feedback as soon as you have left it for me. I do it this way round so that I know you are completely satisfied with your purchases and the transaction is complete. For ALL non-payers (I assure you there has been and will be quite a few) I will open an unpaid item dispute after 7 days of 'Buy It Now' and if this still does not prompt them to pay I will close the dispute and leave Negative Feedback to warn other sellers of their bad practice.
