PAYPAL - If your details with PayPal are not verified/confirmed, as per PayPal's Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to return your payment and request that you pay via an alternative method that we offer. We are also required by these terms and conditions to send goods to this confirmed address only.------------------------------------------------------ CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - Please ensure that the card name and the address to which the card is registered is supplied fully and correctly. We only ship to the address registered with PayPal/Card issuer/ebay. Items are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class or for larger items by Courier. You will recieve an email when item has been dispatched. Royal Mail - Posting days are Tuesday to Saturday. If you purchase an item after 10:00 Saturday morning it will be posted Tuesday. Courier - Items listed as being sent by courier require a daytime telephone number. We cannot arrange the courier until we have that information. If you need your order in a hurry, please email or call the shop, as above, before purchase.

On buy it now items, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund. Any refund will be less postage and packing costs, if item was listed as free p&p then the approximate cost of postage and packing will be deducted. Items must be returned to us within 7 days, unused and in original condition, with original packing intact and all swing tags attached. Please email before returning item and include the packing note sent with item so we can progress your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return postage and insurance. WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED DVD's OR VIDEO'S, AUCTION ITEMS OR UNDERWEAR.
