Payment policy
We accept various payment methods - PayPal, Cheques, and Postal Orders.

Delivery information
When ever possible we always try to provide Free Postage - and if we do charge for postage we like to keep this to a reasonable charge. We usually dispatch most items the same day payment is received.

Return policy
All software is checked before dispatch, but should you have a problem with your software then please e-mail us through E Bay or at the e-mail address that comes on the form with the software. If the software is found to be faulty it will be replaced straight away! Please note: Due to the nature of the product we only give refunds under rare circumstances. But replacement of faulty discs are always issued as above! Thanking you for your custom in advance!
