Natural Senses was established in 2002 providing a consultancy service in marketing communication and packaging. In 2004 we opened our high street retail shop in Needham Market, Suffolk providing a selection of professionally gift wrapped presents to appeal to the senses – touch, taste, look and smell. We are a VAT registered business. Our GB registration number is 816 2985 07
Payment policy
Natural Senses prefers Paypal. However we also accept GBP business or personal cheques (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear, ensuring your name and address are on the reverse of the cheque) and postal orders.
Delivery information
We do not aim to profit from either postage or packaging. We are continually trying to find ways to keep our packaging to a minimal cost. We take great care and time packaging all goods to ensure they arrive safely.
Return policy
In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase when it is delivered, please contact us immediately via ebay and we will attempt to resolve the problem. If it is decided between us that the item is to be returned for an exchange or refund it is the responsibility of the buyer to dispatch the item within 7 days of receipt, in sufficient packaging to reasonably ensure safe receipt by us, and that is in re-saleable condition. Returns are to be made at the buyers expense unless otherwise previously agreed between us. We regret we are not able to refund or exchange any specially customised items such as wedding favours or customised gifts.
