I use 1st or 2nd class service with Royal Mail within the UK and international airmail abroad. Postage information will always be listed within the listing. Proof of postage & Certificate of posting will always be kept with all my items, my postage costs include order processing, the price of postage, my packaging/wrappings & handling. Within the UK my general postage rate is £3.99. For overseas mail my general postage rate is £9.99, please contact me before bidding for exact rates. Refunds will not be processed if the items are lost or damaged in the post, we have no control over the items once posted and all packages are wrapped and protected and in some cases FRAGILE stickers placed on them. We will however help you claim through Royal Mail and with all items we retain proof of postage etc. Thanks

As most of my listings are brand new/unopened there should be no reason for returning your purchased item. Please contact me within the first 7days of purchase if you have an issue with your purchased item. Once assessed and if within the first 7days of purchase we will look at replacing the product or offer you a refund. If your item was lost in the post or damaged please see the Postage and Packaging information tab, refunds will not be processed in this case but we will help you claim through Royal Mail. Please note a refund will not be processed until the item has been sent back to us and the refund will be less postage & handling costs.
