Orders placed by 2pm weekdays are usually sent the same day. UK postage is by 2nd class (2-3 days). Please allow up to three weeks for postage to Europe/rest of world.
Delivery and Returns policy
NeedThatGift carefully selects its products and hopes you will be happy with your Purchase. However there be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.
If within 10 days of ordering you are unhappy with your item/s you may return then to us at your own cost. Item/s must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any postal charges incurred for the return of the goods can not be refunded.
Under the distance selling regulations act, you have the right to return your goods within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund. NeedThatGift will not be held accountable for the collection of goods, in such a case this must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item/s from us, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem as best we can.
