Currently accepted methods of payment are PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order and Cash on Collection.

We do accept returns. Items should be returned within 7 working days from day of item receipt. Unless there has been a serious error in our description of the fabric (eg: incorrect length or fault in fabric) the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the fabric, and unfortunately we cannot refund the original postage paid as this has been paid directly to the courier company. Under normal circumstances, refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned fabric (which must be in the same condition as when it was dispatched, ie: uncut). The customer is welcome to use their own courier/postal service to return the fabric to ourselves, or alternatively we are happy to arrange for our own courier to collect the parcel on a specific day at your convenience.

Occasionally you may notice that the amount of auctions we are running drops or may even cease for a short while, this is due to supply and during these times we will be waiting for our next big delivery - however our fabrics are well worth waiting for and we will be listing again in no time!
