The highest quality you can get without ruining yourself.
Excellent craftsmanship and there is a different feel to this knife compared to all other kitchen knifes I have. It has better balance, a stiff slimmer blade and razor sharp edge. (The edge has 10 degree sharpening angle instead of my 20 degree European knifes.)
It's just joy to use it.
