Excellent! I was nervous of buying aquatic livestock for delivery through the post but this transaction could not have went better: excellent communication, fast dispatch (ordered Wed , posted Thurs, arrived Fri morning) and well packed (double bagged, heat pack and polystyrene box) Delivery was on time (before 1pm as per Royal Mail special next day delivery). Two emerald crabs inside - one male, one female as requested,that both tucked into a pellet as they were being acclimated. 5 stars!

Arrived alive but cold as post woman carried it round my street before coming to me plus the package wasn't labeled up with live animals or fragile stickers or anything on it so very disappointed in this seller for not clearly displaying this. I just hope it makes it because its not looking too good today.
