Absolutely fantastic service. I had never bothered with eBay before, but when the adaptor on our wireless router became damaged, and we were left suddenly without the internet, I ordered a replacement. It arrived in under 24 hours even selecting the basic free postage.

I'm always a bit nervous about buying refurb items but i9 had no need a great Netgear wireless router,hyper quick delivery,exactly as described and works perfectly.I would highly reccomend Network-refurbisher as a seller to everyone.Great service and a great buying experience.

I bought a refurbished Netgear Router and I'm always nervous about buying refurb items but the item works brilliantly and was exactly as described.I ordered after 2pm and it arrived the next morning to my surprise and i would definitly recommend this seller to anyone out there, great service and a great experience thank you!!

This guy really knows his stuff, I had an issue with my Hub when trying to use it outside of its normal capability (NAT reflection). Where I had spent over 5 hours trying to resolve my CCTV issue he understood my question and had the answer within 20 mins, despite this not being an actual fault he could tell me why it happened and proved a resolution that worked!
