Shipping is by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) courier. This is a national postal service. In the receiving country, that country's national postal service should finish delivery. Normal transit time is 2-5 business days (for cities which have direct flights from Tokyo) or 4-8 business days (for cities which do not have direct flights from Tokyo) from the time of dispatch. If there are delays (such as busy holiday seasons, customs inspections, customs processing, flight delays, severe weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, delivery strikes, etc.), then transit will be longer.

All items are guaranteed against manufacture defect unless otherwise noted in the description. In the event of defective item, buyer must contact/notify seller of defect and buyer must dispatch defective item in original (unaltered) new condition with all original factory packaging to seller within 7 calendar days of receiving item to qualify for exchange of same item. Before return shipment to seller, buyer must contact seller to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. For return shipping to seller, buyer must only use a national postal service with tracking and insurance.
