We ship only to the Lower 48 United States at this time. Most of our items ship via Fedex Ground, with smaller items shipping USPS First Class and larger televisions shipping via Freight. Most items will ship within one business day, with the exception of larger televisions, which require two day handling time.

We have a 14 day return policy - just contact us via eBay messages within that time frame with the reason for return! Defective product, items not accurately described, or items damaged in transit will be provided a pre-paid return shipping label and an RMA number, and an exchange or refund will be given within two business days of us receiving and inspecting your item. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion with the buyer responsible for associated return shipping costs.
