Amazing for foot-ache
You can feet these trainers supporting your feet as soon as you put them on. I have plantar fasciitis and MS and these trainers help so much with the pain in my feet. The only thing I would say is they are so good as getting your feet in the right position, wear them for a couple of hours a day to build up and get used to your feet and gait being made to work properly. Particularly if you have medical issues. Wish all my shoes felt like these.
