Internet trading may be new to us, but retail is not. We have always dealt with these type of products so we have a wealth of knowledge about the goods we retail. Even though retailing on-line is different our policies will remain the same and treat every sale (no matter how small a purchase) with respect and dedication it needs to please a customer. Payments by pay pal or postal order are preferred as goods can be shipped immediately (except for payment by papal Echeque which takes 10 days to clear). All sales are final after the 7 day cooling off period from receipt of the product. Please check the item clearly after you received the it. Please let us know immediately when you meet problems or difficulties with the product.( We are here to assist and help in any way in connection with the product not just to sell). If a product is not satisfactory within the cooling off period you must contact us on the telephone number provided and state your intentions. This will incur you the return postage and packing (and is not refundable) and full refund of the purchase will be made if returned in original packing.
