What everyone should know about me

I absolutely love making beautiful items for the home using the best quality Designer fabric - such as Cath Kidston, Emma Bridgewater, Laura Ashley, Osborne & Little, Sanderson, Jane Churchill - to the highest professional standards.

Things I sell

Cushions, Throws, Quilts, Pegbags, Teacosies, Heart Hangers, Oven Gloves, Carrier Bag Holders, Noticeboards, Laundry Bags, and all manner of gorgeous homewares!

History/background

vena-may designs is based in Somerset, England. With an Arts and Design background, I have been a keen seamstress for the last ten years and all my items are designed and crafted in my west country studio/workshop/sewing room.

Payment policy

I prefer paypal only, as despite the somewhat ludicrous fees it is the safest and easiest way for money to change hands! If you wanted to pay by cheque, please email me and I'm sure we can sort something out.

Delivery information

I post items on the next working day after I have received payment. I always use 1st class Royal Mail, but if you would prefer Recorded Delivery please contact me to arrange this. Your item(s) will be beautifully gift-wrapped and I always use new packaging to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition.

Return policy

I of course hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase, but in the event you are not, please contact me to see if we can resolve the issue. If we can't, then I am happy to accept the return of items (at your own cost) in their original condition within 14 days of the completed transaction. I would then offer a refund for the amount of the item excluding postage. I always obtain proof of postage, and although I cannot be responsible for items lost by Royal Mail I will help you in every way I can for you to make a claim.
