The delivery was recorded as complete to a pick up point. I got no notification. It had got misfiled under another supplier. I only found this out when I went to investigate. Meanwhile I contacted NINJASPEEDPRO and they couldn’t have been more helpful and their communication was excellent. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this eBay store. Item not as described. Picture and description clearly states lockable lid but the boxes came without lids. When I queried this I was told they don’t come with lids. Although I was offered a refund I did not want the hassle of re packing and sending a large item like this. I ordered the lids elsewhere. Very disappointed and no apology or recompense. I could have sourced the boxes with lids for a much better price. Sort out your description or remove from sale.
