Pretty vase

Excellent
Needed a few ice packs to deal with swelling following injury. These are perfect, freeze quickly, last for just about an hour, mould around injury well and do not make the area wet while in use. Size just right for my injury.
Not used for heat, so can't comment, but perfect for icing so no reason to thing won't be as good for heat.
