To understand how we process orders, please read the notes below. 1. ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT AT 17.5% Goods price + delivery charge = total price. We can provide a VAT invoice if required – please ask. 2. IMPORTANT WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENT METHOD. This speeds up processing time and allow us to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Paypal allow a one-off payment should you not already have a Paypal account - please see their website, the link for which can be found through ebay's home page. 3. Winning buyer must make contact within seven days of the sale, or the item will be re-listed and ebay notified.   4. As a very busy distribution centre, we cannot process Collection of goods, therefore collection is NOT available. Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this.   Delivery charges apply in EVERY case but are kept as low as possible - we simply pass on our carriers charge to you. Delivery charges are for our standard 2-3 working day delivery. Next day delivery is available at extra cost - please ask for the surcharge before completing the Checkout stage, and we'll provide an invoice including this.   5. Problems do sometimes arise  - we are very reasonable and would appreciate being given the chance to resolve any issues. If the item is described as USED or EX_DEMO, then we try to accurately describe any faults visible to us at the time of listing. If you buying one of these items, please be sure that you are comfortable with the condition - these are not brand new items.    8. All goods are despatched via Tuffnells or ANC Fedex depending on size of the package. All deliveries will need to be signed for on arrival.
