I read some of your entries about those leaving negative feedback which I think is a shame. Dear readers, I thought you'd get a giggle from this, yet another of the 'interesting' things we have to deal with ... never before has this come up, so after 10 years here you can imagine my disbelief! A buyer leaves the State they live in as South Australia yet the suburb and postode are in Victoria. Hmmm ... confusion at this end ... then it hit me like lightning! They think that because Victoria is in the SOUTH of Australia, that they LIVE in South Australia! Well blow me down with a feather! South Australia is a STATE of Australia you knob! You don't LIVE in South Australia, you live in VICTORIA which yes ... is in the SOUTH of Australia, but IS NOT the State of South Australia! Dear God please save me from these dumb as dog sh*# people! ROFL

Good god, Do you want to know what some of the things are that we have to deal with on a daily basis? Well read on ... someone wants a refund for something they haven't paid for .. Someone else is angry they only paid and received one item - they wanted 2! Oh and the freebie they received? Here we go again!! I said it back in June and it seems I need to repeat the message to THOSE WHO LEAVE A NEGATIVE without giving us the courtesy of talking to us first. We are NOT PERFECT! We are HUMAN! We WILL make mistakes sometimes! And for THAT we deserve a Negative? YOU THINK? I'm SO pissed off! We try so hard to get it right for everyone, offer the best prices, offer the quickest postage, and STILL people aren't happy! Well READ THIS ... Leave a negative before talking to us about a problem and you can just take your business elsewhere. We're here at the beck and call of everyone else. We travel overseas regularly to find great, unique offerings for you and you just don't get it do you?? All we ask for and deserve from you is respect. Well without getting overly aggressive here ... don't expect us to be patient & considerate if you don't offer us common courtesy as a first measure to fixing any problem! To everyone else - We love you & thank you for your super support.

You know, today we got a negative .. let me explain why I think this is a stupid way of letting a seller know that you're not happy. For a win-win outcome in any resolution process ... you NEED TO COMMUNICATE. Feedback is not communication. There is no way for a seller to fix a problem. Hence a NO WIN situation. When next u have an issue, msg your seller FIRST before being tempted to quickly leave negative feedback. Try to work on a resolution that would be fair to you both. Then you'll have a WIN-WIN resolution and everyone will be happy. Personally? I block ANYONE from ever buying from us again, who doesn't talk to us 1st with a problem & who just leaves a neg. I prefer to do without their business in future. May all your transactions be good ones - I know we sure as heck try to make them that way. But hey ... we're only human :)

Lindy has spent years in advertising, sales, marketing leading to State Sales Manager in a variety of industries including newspaper and radio. Newspaper writer. Retail business owner ... now eBay business owner. Mike was previously an award winning TV Commercials producer. He then moved into Marketing & Communications for many years before joining Lindy's Goodies. Mike is brilliant with contract law, media and communications. Aren't we lucky to have him!

Payment policy
We accept Paypal, Australian money orders, online bank transfers, Commonwealth bank deposits.

Delivery information
All post is sent by registered mail if over $25, or if taken as an optional extra under $25..

Return policy
Body jewellery returns will only be accepted where the goods are faulty and will then only be exchanged. Goods arriving damaged must be claimed through Australia Post - registered mail covers that. No other exchanges are acceptable as they contravene Health regulations.
