Delivery information
Items will normally be despatched by Royal Mail upon receipt of cleared funds. In some cases particularly with very high-value items a more exepnsive carrier which is trackable such as FEDEX may be used.
Return policy
Returns permissable within 7 days of trade completion date. Items may only be returned if agreed with me beforehand. Refunds will only be allowed on a case per case basis and are normally reliant on me receiving the item back in the same condition with which it was originally sent out.
