Olympus Imaging America Inc. has been selling on eBay through its Olympus Auctions store since December 2002. Olympus Auctions launches nearly 1000 new auctions each week. Each auction is managed from Olympus Imaging America's corporate headquarters in Center Valley, Pa.

PayPal payments are accepted from confirmed U.S. and Canadian accounts only. Once the auction is closed, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to check out. Please wait for this email before contacting Olympus. All prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars. Olympus accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments must be made through our checkout system. Olympus does not accept checks or money orders. We are unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States or Canada. Your payment account billing and shipping address must match. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days unpaid items are automatically relisted.

Generally, all orders will be shipped within three to four business days of checkout. Olympus is unable to deliver to PO, APO or FPO Boxes. We ship using Fed Ex and UPS for domestic orders and Purolator for Cananda. We do not ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada.

Olympus Auctions will accept exchanges or returns if the product is in the original shipped packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept returns for computer software if the packaging has been opened. Product returned after 30 days but within 90 days of the date of purchase will qualify for a repair under the warranty. Before sending a camera in for repair, please call 1-800-622-6372.
