I returned this mobile because it was not new as it had someone else's remarks on it and it kept switching to 'Safe mode'. Also when it arrived the sound control was switched off at source but as yet have not received a refund of £63:99! Can you sort this out for me as seller does not respond!

The first thing I found is there is no S pen. Then I found the phone does not work at all, and the seller is very unhelpful. He/she asked for a photo of the screen - hello, the phone does not work and, even if I could locate the camera, how could I take a picture of the screen? In the absence of a picture I tried to describe what the screen displayed,. Do not buy from this unhelpful seller unless you re okay with being addressed as dear . Don t be fooled into thinking you are dealing with UK .
