Hi there! We have a small but growing business on ebay selling eyeglasses/frames. We live in Victoria in Southern Australia. I love eBay! It allows me to work from home yet still be in contact with people from all over the world!

I love furniture and decorating my house. So I keep an eye out for pieces that might fill that odd corner or add to the overall look of a room. I also love linen! Bed linen, bathroom linen, tablecloths etc! It can be an expensive hobby! And, of course there is the garden!! When it comes down to it I guess I just like shopping!!!!

I adore gardening although we are in the middle of a 12 year drought and water is precious so I can't indulge in as many plants as I would like. I have to keep to the tough guys agapanthus, roses, natives etc. I also do a bit of woodwork and am always on the lookout for good quality second hand wood. I have built my kitchen with 100 year old Tasmanian oak salvaged by my brother-in-law from a local factory that was being demolished. This can also be an expensive past time!

Being out in the garden with dogs first thing in the morning. Sitting in front of a roaring fire, rain on the roof a good book and a glass of port in hand. Taking my son shopping and lunch and then a good movie. Sunday mornings. Autumn.

We also use the services of a company in Melbourne to provide easily accessible prescription lenses for the frames we sell. Customer service is the area I enjoy most and hopefully this is paying off, as can be seen in the growing list of satisfied customers.

We find the easiest method of payment for our overseas customers is by far Paypal so this is the primary method of payment we accept. For Australian purchasers we we accept paypal, direct bank deposit, bank cheques and personal cheques. We do combine shipping and will post worldwide. We take extra care with packaging your items and, to date haven't had any complaints at all about items arriving damaged.

We have a good reputation for fast postage of items. We post items the business day following receipt of payment.For postage in Australia we register every item which means we can track the parcel to your door if necessary. Registering your item also gives the protection of up to $100 insurance on the item. Postage to the US usually takes between 7-10 days in most cases. Extra insurance can be arranged for your items if necessary but this can be expensive.

In our efforts to ensure complete customer satisfaction we offer a full refund less postage costs if goods are returned for ANY reason within 30 days in orignal condition. This policy is the most generous of any I have seen on eBay.
