I hate the way ebay protects powersellers even though they may be rogues and liars.They take no action against powersellers who leave false contact details, or who say they are registered in the UK when they are in China, and they back up such sellers who issue NPB even though the buyer was unable to contact them due to false contact details, to arrange collection. They protect them when they try to charge you twice the amount listed on the auction page. The feedback system stinks. People are afraid to leave a deserved neg' or neutral in case the spiteful buyer or seller leaves a retaliatory and completely undeserved neg'. Yes, powersellers, do as you please because the ebay rules which apply to the rest of us, don't apply to you and no action will ever be taken if you blatantly flout those rules. So the moral is, become powersellers, become a source of profit for ebay, and in return you can flout as many rules as you like!

been buying and selling stuff for years, mainly bric a brac and colelctables but also furniture. Used to have a secondhand furniture/ antique shop.

prefer paypal, but postal orders also welcome.

I try to price P&P at the actual cost to post. I do not charge for packing as I try to use recycled, nor do I charge for my time, or diesel to get to the post office. It's all part of the service and offered freely. Buyers are more than welcome to collect the item and I do not charge a 'handling fee'.
