I always like to leave feedback as soon as a buyer has paid because by paying on time you've stuck to your end of the bargain & I'm not one of those sellers who holds feedback as ransom to retaliate if I get a negative.

ooak.ie started in December 2007 as my creative outlet. I craft various pieces from a small box jam packed with beads, ribbons, fixings, buttons & a whole lot of ideas. I never use glues or varnish, I try to upcycle as much as possible & recycle as much packaging as I can. I even go so far as to make some of my own boxes so your items will arrive to you in pristine condition. I test the strength of all my items before shipping & believe that they are as durable as any mass produced equivalent you'll find in local shops. My pieces are not delicate & should provide pleasure & functionality for many years to come.

Paypal only, for buyer confidence & protection.

Postage for each additional item within Ireland is just 50c (outside Ireland eur1.00). Discount can only be applied with one Paypal payment/order so please contact me within 3 days after auction ends if you are considering my other items. My main post day is Monday as my listings usually end on a Saturday, once in a while I break that pattern but always make sure an item you've paid for is carefully wrapped & sent within 3 business days. Please remember that my P&P costs reflect shipping prices, handling & packaging materials. I post each pair of earrings at large envelope rate to allow for extra padding.

Returns preferred ONLY for repair on all auction items (within 30 days) as descriptions & photographs are honest & as accurate as possible but please contact me if your item is not as expected & I will do my best to help. Please note: I only have a limited supply of each type of shell, charm & bead so if they are not returned for repair intact they will be substituted for something similar where possible.

I will always reply to any messages received through the Ask seller a question section on the top right-hand side of my auction pages.
