PayPal is the preferred payment method for eBay purchases. Credit card payments are submitted immediately after shipment of the order, and only those items shipped will be charged. PAYPAL PAYMENTS to email@example.com MUST BE MADE FROM A VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT and WILL BE SHIPPED to a CONFIRMED SHIP TO PAYPAL ADDRESS supplied in the payment notification.
Most items ship within 1-2 business days from our Northbrook, IL warehouse via UPS Ground. UPS expedited options are also available upon checkout. Shipments to PO Box, AK & HI are sent via USPS Priority mail.
We normally ship to confirmed Paypal address only, but we may make exceptions in some cases. If you’d like shipment to another address, please write it in the notes of your Paypal payment or email us prior to placing your order.
We will email your tracking number once your item ships. Orders may be tracked on our tracking page or on the UPS/USPS site.
All items we ship are fully insured. It is unlikely that anything might be damaged as we pack our orders well, but we don’t want you to risk it. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs or contact us ASAP for directions.
Your satisfaction is always our top priority and we pride ourselves in our hassle free Return and Exchange Policy. We work with our vendor partners to guarantee the quality of the products that we offer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or a return to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which can be easily obtained online.
You can return purchased items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges) subject to our Return Conditions. Items that are not defective must be returned in NEW (unopened, unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all the original contents included.
