Hello Help_pay_my_Bills It's always been great to deal with you so I'm over the moon to see the comments you have written. You've always paid really quickly, and have taken the time to let me know if you need more time, or if there is a delay in payment. It's the small things that count, indeed! and goes for both buyer and seller alike. Any feedback is always taken on regardless if it is positive or negative (but haven't seen anything really negative just yet :). I try my best to offer great deals and steals so I'm glad that one of my regulars has added their *two cents* to the ebay world, not often you get this once people have their goods. I have some more handbags up if your in need of a change, along with NP if you or your sister is interested ;)! Again just let me know the look she needs and I'll check my inventory for you. Hi Orangepop! I just wanted to let every one in the ebay world know how much I love your store and service! Every time I order with you, I get an email letting me know when it's on it's way and any other info I should know. And if there is a delay because of, well, life, you let me know. Every time I've ordered items from you it's always arrived safe and sound (sometimes with some freebies too! yay!). There was one smaller item that got lost :(, but you took the time to follow it up with AusPost because it was a registered too and resolved the issue professionally. I love your NP stuff (so does my sis!) and see that you have mirenesse stuff, might give this a go soon as I've heard some great stuff about it. You've also taken time out taking extra pictures before buying things like clothes and my gorgeous annapelle handbag (LOVE IT). Big businesses don't seem to care to take the time out to do that, so it's the small things that count as you've said to me once :) Will

Return policy
Other items returned within 7 days of receiving it, contact me first for details. Buyer pays return postage costs and refund is for purchase price of the item only. We don't charge a re-stocking fee.
