I try to describe items fully, accurately and honestly, and to point out any obvious faults in the description and/or photos. I’ve been caught by less than honest descriptions myself, so I want you to know what you’ll be getting before you bid.

Payment policy
PayPal is normally the quickest way of me getting the item to you. Postal orders are OK, and cheques can be accepted, but items will only be dispatched once they have been cleared. I don't go to the bank every day so you ought to allow about 2 weeks for clearance.
Please pay, or at least contact me, within 3 days of the Auction ending. If I haven't heard from you within 7 days, I will notify eBay of a non-payment and, without further notice, either Offer a Second Chance to the next highest bidder or re-list.
Delivery information
I try to pack securely, and to keep costs to buyers and the environment down, by using good quality recycled materials where possible. Higher P & P charges normally mean that I have to buy in suitable packaging material.
I aim to post within 2 days of payment being cleared, but I’ll let you know if that isn’t possible. I always obtain a proof of posting and, where the winning bid is over £10, items are sent by recorded delivery, unless you specifically ask me to do otherwise, e.g. because you won’t be at home to sign for the package. However, I won’t then be able to help with any non-delivery problems.
If you want to collect from my house in Ivybridge, or if you want me to post the item to a non-UK address, that’s OK but please let me know before you pay so that I can change the P&P element of the invoice.
Return policy
I don't normally accept returns. I try to be accurate in my descriptions so that you know what you'll be getting before you bid. Do feel free to ask any questions that will help you with your bid.
In the unlikely event that you think I have mis-represented something, do please contact me; I'll have another look at the item's description and we'll go from there.
Feedback policy - When I Sell
I will leave you feedback once I have received your money. You will then have completed your side of the transaction and I won't hold you to ransom until you have given me good feedback, although I hope you will!
