On eBay we're ourmusicalbus, but that's just part of our main company, The Musical Bus. Collecting and selling is what we do, but we're also involved in freelance writing, radio production/presenting and quiz production.
We're a family firm based at Ringwood Hampshire and have been collecting a wide range of fascinating items for some years now. Recently, we've expanded into selling a great array of items through eBay and have been pleasantly surprised by the community spirit and great customers we've encountered.
The feedback mechanisms are very powerful and we always do all we can to ensure customers enjoy shopping with us - and that when things do go wrong, we fix things quickly.
We're fans of what we sell too, so to us, the items have an interest, we know about them and we're upfront and honest about how we describe them.

Payment policy
Our preferred method is Pay Pal - it's quick and convenient for seller and buyer and it's clear each time what's been paid and when. But, we know that not everyone wants to use this route, so we're more than happy to accept Postal Orders and Sterling Cheques drawn on a UK bank account.
If ever there are any queries or issues on how to pay, just get in touch with us and we'll work something out with you.
Delivery information
Like anybody, once you've bought and paid for something, you want to take delivery quickly! Our aim is always to mail out items within 24 hours of payment made (weekends excluded).
All UK items are mailed out by FIRST CLASS ROYAL MAIL POST and all overseas items are mailed out by AIR MAIL.
We're more than happy to provide rates for alternative methods where that helps and, for valuable items, we'll always add recorded delivery - or equivalent.
And for piece of mind, every item we mail out has proof of posting - very useful just in case of anthing going stray in the postal systems.
And - for multiple items sent as a single package, we offer generous P&P discounts over the individual rates!
As for packing, we always pack robustly using top quality materials appropriate to the item being mailed. Detailed invoices are always enclosed - together with information on offers and other items we have on sale.
Return policy
Our returns policy is clearly marked on every item we sell - and we strive to be as fair as possible to customers: the aim is always to make sure that should ever something go wrong, we fix it quickly.
If items fail to arrive, or the wrong item is sent or the item arrives in a damaged condition - let us know and we'll sort it out with you. This usually means either a full refund (and an offer against a future purchase) or a full replacement of the item.
However, talking with our custimers is important, so if there is any other way we can help with a potential return, then we'll do all we can.
