Only thing I think could be improved is, the shipping label is printed immediately after the transaction and you get a notice the item has shipped, I'm ok with that if the item is delivered to the carrier the next day, but waiting 4-5 days to actually ship it is why I put only 4 stars for shipping, I got it a day later than promised.

Well, how do you describe locking clips?
