We currently accept the following payments via eBay for the UK: Paypal and Personal Cheques. For international customers, only Paypal will be accepted.

All UK shipping costs quoted refer to our default shipping method of 2nd Class Recorded unless stated. If you prefer an alternate method of shipping, please include the details in your order email. We promise to ship items within 1-3 working days after receiving payment. All Worldwide shipping costs quoted refer to our default shipping method of Royal Mail Airsure unless stated. If your country does not support Airsure, then your item will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. Once shipped, your item should take 5-10 working days to arrive but please allow 28 days (due to customs and other possible border issues) before contacting us.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us before returning any item. Goods must be returned in the unopened condition in which it was dispatched. Once received and in the agreed condition, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item. If the agreed condition is not met, you may be subject to only a partial refund. Outer Haven Collectibles are not responsible for the return postage and packaging. We regret that we cannot refund, replace or accept returns due to shipping damage to outer packaging, such as dents, bends, creases, minor crushing etc. We at Outer Haven Collectibles ship all our products carefully, we only sell products in brand-new boxes, unless specified. We will, however, replace items if the actual item inside is damaged or have accessories missing, but this only applies to mint, unopened boxes. Again, please do not return goods before contacting us via email.
