Preferred method of payment is offcourse paypal . I do accept uk check and postal orders but please message me to inform me and then i mark the items as paid when i recieve it /chq or po . In addition I cannot dispatch the items until the payment has cleared in my bank account , so dispatch time will be 2 working days from cleared payment although I do send immediately payment clears

I send to uk and europe . I generally do not like to send to usa , aus and asia because the postage is too dear and i nearly always make a loss ! However i do give a postage quote if asked nicely . I send within 2 working days . I check all multiple orders and give a postage refund on any postage paid over £3.00 on a small packet and £4.00 on a larger packet . ie if you have eg ordered 4 items from my shop and paid £8.00 p and p then i will give you a refund of at least £4.00 . If items total value is above £20.00 I will send via recorded delivery so this may be up to £4.00. If I have seemingly forgotten your multiple buy refund . Message me to nudge me .ha but i dont forget as i want to encourage multi purchases in my shop especially at christmas !

no quible returns at buyers expence unless the item arrived broken . Returns gladly accepted within 7 days of item recieved . Full refund will be given providing item is in sent condition .
