Starting out in the closing months of 2010 I decided to sell of my old collection of models. By early 2011 it became a full time business. As a collector of various miniatures for over 15 years I am well placed to offer advice on anything from what models to buy to tactics when using them on a battlefield! So don't be afraid to ask.

Once payment has been recieved and / or cleared I will post your item. Everything I post is in the most protective and appropiate packaging. For small Bitz I will put them in a seal grip plastic bag, attach them to a business card and post them in a secure padded bag, P+P for bitz is always combined so you only pay once. If you buy a batch of models they are sent to you in a tough plastic container filled so they can't move about and break, then placed inside a padded jiffy bag. Painted and commission models are indiviually wrapped in soft tissue to ensure there is no paint damage. We try our very best to ensure everything is received how we like to receive our orders so if there are any issues, let us know :)

I will accept returns on items which are damaged beyond use. If a models arm falls off, its is easily glued back on. All of the second hand models I sell are of high quality, there is no intention to scam you or lie to you about what you're buying. If you're unhappy you may return the item (P+P covered by yourself) for a full refund. You must contact me on the day you receive the item. It is wholly unfair to buy and item, use it for a few days and send it back to me. I am an honest trader and hope you are too.
