We have all our items in stock and aim to have them dispatched to you within 24 hours of receiving payment. We do not use drop shipping so your details are never given to 3rd party companies. We operate a discrete service, with most of our listing being private, and our packaging is always plain.

We accept most payment methods. Paypal is the quickest, as we have to wait for cheques to clear before we can send the items out to you. Postal orders are also ok, but again we can't send the items until we have received the payment.

Nearly all our items have FREE P&P. In other circumstances we only charge what it costs us to send items out to you so postage will vary from item to item. If we find we have overcharged p&p we always send you a refund.

Most items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging - we will give a full refund on the item cost (minus the postage).
