Waited over a week as this was meant to be a gift to my wife. It takes them 48 hours to reply and it is the same reply we are in contact with DPD and will upsate you. Apologises. Same? Cut, copy, paste robotic messege. Seller does not even know where the item is. They dont even know if it has been posted. Really disappointing service. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Bad service. Poor communication. Lack of empathy. AVOID.
