I started out 3 years ago as an Independent Trader of Games Workshop products and a paint commission service. Rolou Miniatures is my business name and I used to have a web site. I changed direction 3 years ago and now sell Painted figures on Ebay. I regularly list on Thursdays and Sundays. I sell a variety of Warhammer painted to many different standards. Basic Gaming Standard (not painted well or only basecoat applied or poor condition), Gaming Standard (painted ok, neat and not much detail, may be painted great but requires a slight touch up), Good Gaming Standard (painted well, good detail, good condition) and Very Good Gaming Standard (painted very well, PRO detail, show piece).

I accept payment by Paypal payment from all countries worldwide (payment in £ Pounds Sterling only and must have a Paypal confirmed address). I also accept payment by postal order & bank transfers from UK customers only.

I take great care over packaging, all painted miniatures are individually wrapped in bubble and packaged carefully in good quality boxes or jiffy's. Occasionally customers have said an arm or shield has fallen off. Please be aware that sometimes this minor damage can occur due to poor glue.

7 days to return goods. Always contact me first before returning goods. Goods being returned must be sent with a proof of postage certificate. I will only refund the cost of goods and not the postage charges.

Listings finishing on Thursday will usually be dispatched on Monday. Listings finishing on Sunday will usually be dispatched on Tuesday. However, sometimes will be later in the week due to delays of payment from customers.
