Payment can be made online using credit card, or debit card or by paypal or by post with personal cheque or postal order. Any payment sent via post must be adequately insured. We cannot take responsibility for payments lost in the post. Payments made by cheque require 5 working days to clear prior to dispatch.

We try our best to provide you with the most competitive rate out of Jersey, Channel Islands. Why do we take longer to deliver? Sometimes we don't! Being on an island does occasionally mean we get isolated by a freak weather situation. Luckily that's unusual. However, we often find that our deliveries take a day longer than those being sent from the mainland.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item. To receive a full refund on the item, returns are accepted only in its original condition.
