Years of living & working in the Fashion Industry in Italy have brought about our decision to open our eBay store as this way we can offer our products through the security that eBay ensures, in giving our clients the option to buy online after their dinner or on lunch breaks!!! Please note, this is a business, and our normal hours are 9am to 6pm, monday to friday. Any messages received over the weekend are dealt with in order of receipt on monday morning.
Payment policy
We use PayPal and accept Postal Orders. Should somebody decide to pay by cheque, this must be cleared before dispatch.
Delivery information
We ship all over the World and make sure the latest that the goods leave is the day after payment received. We use the Royal mail which we have found to be very good! We retain proof of post!
Return policy
We will refund on any article providing we are notified immediately upon receipt by email, the cost of the item will be refunded less any charges made by PayPal, not us. We cannot refund the p&p. The article must be unworn, tags & box within 3 days.
