eBay My World: pastrychef325( 1433)

Hello, and greetings from North-Western Arizona. my name is Andrew.(see contact info) I started EBAY in apr.02 buying things for my businesses(which are pastry work,my surplus business and ebay) its been alot of fun. i also work on houses for resale.

Sterling silver silverware, army surplus items, coins and other things people ask me to sell for them. I keep it simple, and honest. costumer is #1. I just try to treat people like I wish to be treated. It has worked so far....

things to help with this inflationary economy, and items i use as a disaster relief volunteer, Im also restocking my surplus business, D.I.Y. items for working on houses to resell them, and things ill need if the economy gets any worse..., but mostly i buy items for people who do not have access to computers, (i.e. people who are scared of them), or do not have an ebay account, but still wish to get stuff from the largest garage sale/ swap meet on earth..., ebay.

I was in the army (1985-89) in combat arms (11B) Infantryman (Germany (2nd bn.-4th Inf Reg. (2yrs) Ft. Carson, Co. 1st bn.-12th Inf Reg. 4th inf (Ivy) Div. 1yr, 9mths) and the first Gulf War (was called back) 1st bn.-41st Inf. Regiment, 3rd (Blackhearts) Brigade, 2nd Armoured Division. (Hell On Wheels). We had it pretty rough over there. Oh, well, then a (55B) Ammunition Specialist 91 to 93. A.R.N.G. O.C.S. 93. resigned 98. yes, i was a soldier....till i knew better. Civilian side studied baking and earned a A/S in Small Business Admin. baker/cake decorator/ pastry chef for 14 years. worked in the casinos in Reno, NV (Peppermill, Reno Hilton, Silver Legacy), and was the pastry chef at UNR, and worked in Laughlin (bakery). currently changed professions to get back in touch with my more primitive self. i work in a steel mill (i melt STEEL with FIRE) AARRGGHH!! still collecting coins (since i was young). i also grade coins. i love to work hard with my hands and my mind. it keeps me young.

owned a surplus store since 1989. been buying and selling coins since i was 11 years old. parents owned an antique store (i know my way around an auction) and it helps me identify things for people and myself. been selling on ebay for 6 years. its been pretty cool so far....

for the most part, ebayers has been really cool, but sometimes you run into the 'i never received my item' people (until you give them the tracking # for delivery conformation) which then the item magically appears on thier doorstep that day...)' HMMMM... and the 'i payed you with a money order 3 weeks ago, but i never responded to your 12 emails and only am talking to you now because you put in a no payment complaint to ebay' type of people.... UH HUH!... if i bid on something i am going to pay for it. i am honest and exspect the same. in a nut shell, thats me. business is business. and if i give my word,i will keep it. and i respect others until they disrespect me, then...

meet max, the little baby in the picture with me (o.k. not so little for 2 years) i got him at 4 weeks. he's a german shepard/ lab. mix. and yes, i got a grinch who stole christmas stick for his head over the holidays. (my old ebay name was 'bakergrinch-and-max'). he liked it and the huge rawhide bone he got, but i dont think he understood that you have to wait till christmas morning to open presents... hmmm,... he's also addicted to beggin' strips and SAUSAGES!
