The Pathway Workshop is a registered charity that provides employment and training opportunities for disadvantaged adults. We provide training to maximise their potential by in woodworking and machining, using reclaimed virgin timber.

Pathway Workshop, self funded, provides training and paid employment for disadvantaged people. Recycling waste wood in a fully equipped mill workshop making and selling high quality garden furniture, sales income contributes to wages - Pathway Workshop is non-profit making - but, due to the nature of the worksforce, sales alone do not balance the books. Continual FundRaising is required to support staff costs. Pathway Workshop was started over 20 years ago to provide paid employment to disadvantaged adults. In October 1992 it gained charitable status and became an independant trading company. Pathway Workshop provides a safe and supportive haven for practical work, life experience and training to enable individuals of all ages and disabilities to progress at their own pace and achieve their maximum potential.
