Capes By Paula is only a small business trying to make different things from childrens bean bags to hairdressing capes & gowns and also fancy dress items such as a range of different bloomers also different style capes hooded & zipped capes and gowns.

I only accept paypal from international or european buyers, however uk buyers have a choice of cheque, postal orders, or paypal.

I have a few rates for p&p depending on the size of the item this amount does cover the cost of royal mail postage also the packaging costs and the time it takes someone to mail the item as i do post on a daily basis and like to get the item to people as quickly as possible, i average 4.7 on the sellers dashboard for p&p so think people are usually ok with the charge, i do reduce where possible on second items purchased.

I accept returns within 14 days on most items, however not on bloomers as they are classed as underwear and therefore is no returns of course unless you find the item faulty.
